Returns
If you need to return an item, please contact us at contact@katanapaws.com within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Items must be returned in brand-new, unused condition and in their original packaging. If the item shows signs of use or the packaging is missing, a $10 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. All returned products will be carefully inspected upon arrival.
- Once we receive and review your return, we will process a refund or issue store credit.
