Returns
If you need to return an item, please contact us at contact@katanapaws.com within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Items must be returned in brand-new, unused condition and in their original packaging. If the item shows signs of use or the packaging is missing, a $10 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. All returned products will be carefully inspected upon arrival.
- Once we receive and review your return, we will process a refund or issue store credit.

Defective or Incorrect Items

What materials are used to make this harness?  

The Gradient Harness is constructed from triple-stitched military-grade nylon for exceptional durability, soft neoprene interior padding for added comfort, and pressure-tested metal D-rings for versatile use. It features three leash attachment points: one at the front of the chest to reduce pulling, one on the back for everyday walks, and one on the lower back for activities like running or hiking.  

Is this harness suitable for dogs with sensitive skin or allergies?  

Yes, the soft neoprene interior is gentle on your dog’s skin, making it ideal for dogs with sensitivities. It also provides cushioning for extended wear without causing irritation.

How do I clean the Gradient Harness?  

To clean the harness, follow these steps:  

- Fill a basin or sink with lukewarm water and mild detergent or pet-safe shampoo.  

- Gently scrub the harness with a soft brush or sponge, focusing on dirty spots.  

- Rinse thoroughly with clean water to remove all soap residue.  

- Allow the harness to air dry completely before use.  

Can I wash the harness in the washing machine?  

Hand washing is recommended to preserve the integrity of the materials, but it can be machine washed on a gentle cycle in a laundry bag if necessary.  

Does the harness come with a warranty?  

Yes, the Gradient Harness comes with a 3-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Please note this does not include normal wear and tear or accidental damage caused by your dog.
